2. Nature of Products
Aurenza sells authentic, original fragrances directly to you. When you place an order, you receive a real, physical bottle of perfume shipped from our warehouse — there are no digital codes, vouchers, or third-party seller links involved. Specifically:
- You receive an authentic, sealed bottle of perfume shipped to your address
- Each fragrance is sourced through verified, authorised channels
- Orders are dispatched with tracked DHL / FedEx delivery
- You receive a tracking number by email once your order is approved
- Delivery times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout
3. Returns & Refunds
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to return unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Once a fragrance has been opened or its seal has been broken, it can no longer be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us before sending any product back so we can arrange the return.
4. Account Responsibilities
If you create an account with us:
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
5. Intellectual Property
